When you place an order with Rounded Developments Enterprises, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.

Making a purchase

Rounded Developments Enterprises aims to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly or direct from the manufacturer. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to 1) order an alternative, 2) have the products sent as soon as they become available or 3) to cancel the order.

All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. We make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order.

Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Rounded Developments Enterprises and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through a secure web server. We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, American Express and Switch via this server.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all product costs.

If you wish to pay by cheque please call us to place your order. Cheques should be made payable to "Rounded Developments Enterprises".

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, Rounded Developments Enterprises disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Rounded Developments Enterprises cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

Shipping And Handling

Rounded Developments Enterprises only delivers within the UK and does not ship products internationally. There are increased costs for shipping to certain areas of the UK, notably the North of Ireland, the Islands and Highlands and the Isle of Man. These should appear on the shipping schedule once you input your postcode.

We use either first class post from Royal Mail or courier services from City Link as selected by the class of service option during checkout. By default this is the cheapest option for the weight of goods you purchased except for paints and other bulk liquids, such as wood treatment products, which must be shipped via courier. In addition there is a standard £1 handling / packing charge on all orders.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days; if there is likely to be a delay we inform you as soon as possible. Tuesday to Friday we aim to ship within one day of receiving an order and orders received before 11am are usually dispatched same day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday are not packed until Tuesday at the earliest. If goods are out of stock then delivery will be dependent on suppliers. Most of these are via next day delivery, but this can not be guaranteed.

Most deliveries will be via Next-Day (City Link) delivery. This means that all goods will be delivered by 17.30. Please ensure that you leave special instructions for delivery if you goods are to be left on the property / signed for by a neighbour etc.

Tax Charges

All prices are show in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Rounded Developments Enterprises VAT registration number is: 810 7319 55

Credit Card Security

Your credit/debit card details are entered on the SagePay web server via a 3D secure transaction with a Verified by a Visa and MasterCard SecureCode transaction process. Click the padlock symbol in your browser for details of the encryption. We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, American Express and Switch (see www.sagepay.com for further details).

Complaints Procedure

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please email info@rounded-developments.org.uk or call us on 029 20373094. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Rounded Developments Enterprises for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy Policy

Rounded Developments Enterprises committed to protecting your privacy online. Names, addresses and email addresses are collected for order deliveries and from those wishing to join our mailing list. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons. To process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not disclose this information to any third parties without your written consent except for necessary delivery details in the case of a few suppliers who ship product directly to you. In the unlikely event we need to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

The information we will collect about you is only that supplied during the process of ordering from us whether by phone, email or website.

The information we hold will be kept accurate and up to date. It is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us on info@rounded-developments.org.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. Please email any changes to info@rounded-developments.org.uk clearly marking the email Privacy.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not pass on your email address to any third parties. You can remove your name from our email list by visiting www.rounded-developments.org.uk/unsubscribe

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
