Rounded Developments Enterprises keep a small stock of Vale Lime products in order to save people the time or transport charges associated with sourcing products from Llantwit Major. 

Lime is an excellent product for a number of reasons:
It is breathable - to provide a better quality interior environment
It is less strong than the stone or brick that it binds - this means that they can be re-used easily
It is more flexible than cement - this means that you do not need the ugly expansion joints that you see in relatively short walls
It 'dries' by absorbing carbon dioxide from the air - this means that it is compensating slightly for the energy used in production
It is made at a lower temperature than cement - thus it is associated with fewer carbon emissions
It is easy to use, but it is also significantly different from cement

Lime Wash is a traditional paint for lime based walls. 40l covers 200 sq metres depending on the substrate. 3 coats are normally applied. It can be easily coloured using pigments.
